A blend of; Chamomile, Lemongrass, Lavender and Passionflower, Fennel with its light aniseed flavour helps calm the mind.
Tasting notes
Chamomile imparts a slight caramel note, while Lemongrass adds a slight citrus flavour. Passionflower is earthy while Lavender leaves a light floral after taste and with a hint of aniseed from the fennel, this tea is well balanced and rounded in flavours.
Brewing Suggestions
Add 1-3 teaspoons of MeVa Summer Dreams to your cup, depending on your taste.Pour over near boiling water and allow to steep for 5-6 minutes.
Due to the blend having flowers and seeds in it, steeping for a longer period will deepen the flavour.
